Randy and the rest of his team were exceptional in providing legal services for my father, who had received pressure wounds while in a nursing facility, resulting in his inability to ever walk again. As my dad's advocate, I was treated with the utmost respect and compassion as they patiently explained the process and kept me updated on every detail. Last year I was headed home on San Marcos Blvd. when a young kid turned left right in front of me. My car was totaled, and when I got home my back was killing me. Because I have a history of back problems, I went to the doctor and was sent to physical therapy and ultimately have had to get several shots in my spine. When I made contact with the insurance company for the driver who hit me, I started to get the run around because the kid denied the accident was his fault. I figured I better get a lawyer involved and found Walton Law Firm. All I can say is that Walton Law Firm was amazing. They demanded settlement and when the insurance company made a ridiculously small offer, we went ahead a sued the negligent driver. After some litigation, the insurance finally paid the entirety of the kid's insurance policy. I had underinsured motorist coverage on my car, so we made a claim for a policy limits settlement against it, and in the end with the help of Randy we got full amount.

In the darkest, early morning hours, I was driving to work, heading west on SR 52, taking the transition road to Interstate 15 north. Suddenly, out of nowhere, right in front of me, I see a crashed trailer turned on its side, blocking the entire single lane transition road. Because I did not have time to do anything but slam on the brakes, I unavoidably drove into the turned over trailer. I suffered a serious injury and am fortunate to be alive. I contacted a well-known San Diego “royalty” law firm to help me. They didn’t fight for me. As a matter of fact, they dropped me after the trailer’s insurance company sent the law firm a letter refusing to accept any responsibility for the accident and my injuries, and instead blamed me, the guy who is injured and innocent. Fortunately, a family member suggested I give Walton Law Firm a call because they had heard good things about Randy and his team. I called Randy and met with him and Wil. They heard me. I cannot stress enough how great my experience was at Walton Law Firm. On my day off some friends and I took our bikes for ride on Pacific St. in Oceanside, near where I live. We were close to Buccaneer Beach when a car turned left right in front of me and my friends and literally ran over me. Thankfully my friends are all lifeguards and paramedics so they were able to stabilize me at the scene, but I was transferred to the Trauma Unit at Scripps La Jolla with several fractures and ended up spending several days in the hospital and missing months of work. It was a major disruption in my life. I was referred to Walton Law Firm by a friend, and am feeling grateful that I ended up with Randy Walton and his team. It turned out the person who hit me was uninsured, but thankfully I had underinsured motorist coverage and Randy was able to get me the entire policy limits after some wrangling with my insurance company. I highly recommend Walton Law Firm to anyone in North SD County!
