Mr Schulz was referred to me from other lawyers. He was professional through all our dealings and kept us up to date in a prompt fashion. Hired Attorney Michael Rogaski Esq.

Mike is a very mature and experienced lawyer. He won’t take your case if he can’t help you, which I love. I have engaged Mike for my small business many times now and over several years. He has done great and creative work for us on contracts, partnership agreements, fee disputes and HR issues. We find him very sharp. He’s an outstanding and calm listener. He explains things well. And, he’s not afraid to say, I don’t know or let me do some additional research. I have also referred several people to the firm and I always get great reports back. I experience Mike and the firm as just what they advertise - big firm result, small firm service. Top notch.

I have engaged many attorneys in several practice areas over that time. Simply put, Peter Schulz is among the very best. He is smart, efficient, responsive and easy to work with. Peter represented us as plaintiff in litigation where the damages warranted pursuit but were not huge. He was able to stay in budget and obtain a great result.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
