Failed to respond to phone calls for weeks at a time, failed to contact defense witnesses or obtain exculpatory evidence, in fact, failed to do anything to provide for an adequate defense...did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR $12,000. Was more interested in the retainer fee than actually providing even the most basic adequate representation. Would not recommend Mr. Armstrong to anyone as he does not work for his clients and is unresponsive to client needs.
