This attorney has been involved in fraudulent activities that is listed on the FBI'S website. Do a search of his name and you'll find out for yourself. If you received a letter from the Car Law Firm, throw that letter away and move on with your life. Don't go through the headache of dealing with an attorney that's sketchy, untrustworthy and has a history of fraud like this one!
