I worked with David for our immigration case. The case was lost and we were to go to appeal. I communicated with his secretary andn submitted the form with payment for him to file. He did not file it, nor did his secretary call client even once to say they didnt get it even though they were expecting it. Then the secretary said she did try to call but the phone bills prove she did not. This lawyer then refused to see my evidence that his secretary, knowing their electronic document was being sent, had not communicated with client.
