Firm founder and principal attorney Lisa J. Damiani has been practicing law in Southern California for over 20 years. Under Ms. Damiani's direction, our firm's philosophy is to provide excellent service to our clients based on honest and open communication and diligence in the practice of law. We answer all questions in a caring and comfortable environment and provide clients with a good understanding of what they can expect in their case. We truly care about our clients' best interests and legal needs and leave no stone unturned in putting them in the best position possible.

Our criminal defense practice is set to handle any state or federal crime, from DUI to murder. Our office has a wealth of experience in white collar crime and federal crimes involving drugs, fraud, money laundering, and more. With our decades of criminal trial experience, we are equally at home defending state crime charges involving drugs, sex offenses, assault, and other matters.

Our employment law practice includes both plaintiff and defense representation and includes everything from discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination, to trade secrets and confidentiality agreements. We serve as consultants and can aid employers in drafting policies and advising on important issues, as well as litigating cases across the spectrum of employment law.

My initial consultation with Lisa was insightful and useful for me to understand the process I needed to go through. I felt respected and heard, and she was able to represent me in all my hearings. I was able to relax in between events knowing the case was being handled. Lisa Damiani kept me updated on important information throughout the case and was even able to assist in other matters that arose in my life during that time. My case was prolonged due to the pandemic, and it seems like forever to have a hearing. Lisa worked with the court to find alternative ways to serve in community service to complete hours requested during the 2020 shutdown. She was attentive and helpful the entire time even though the issue went long than expected. She won two cases for me during the pandemic. I will continue to refer and hire Damiani for issues in the future.

Lisa rocked my case! She was fact finding to the point the other side had no clue what to say. They had no where to go and Lisa made sure that the fact where presented and no one could deny them. I barely had to talk and when I did she told me how-to present myself. I follow her instruction and got and A+. Thanks so much Lisa you are awesome! Also her office staff is fantastic as well. Lisa is what you would expect from a lawyer that has been in the business as long as she has. You know the phrase, you get what you pay for? This is so true on so many levels. Prior to Mrs. Damiani I was referred to a friend of a friend much cheaper that ended up Mal practicing in my case, almost causing a major nightmare. Lisa took my case literally with 2 weeks before the deadline. She came highly recommended to me! - I would like to highly recommend her to anyone that really wants results.
