I have two felony convictions from almost 30 years ago. I was charged with grand theft (even though I returned all merchandise without damage) and the case was still referred to the D.A. I live in Florida and Ms. Keegan is based in California. My case had its own set of challenges but then there was a 3 hour time difference. Ms. Keegan was professional but extremely approachable which was important since I was already overwhelmed and in unfamiliar territory.
