Hired Attorney Mr. Todd Marquardt

Todd and his staff are experienced, make you feel at ease ( want to return) and did good on case he helped me with. He is working on another case for me. He has clean offices with coffee and water, this is nice. Also, his office is easy to access.

Hired Law Firm

Make certain to get copies of ANYTHING you sign before you leave this firm's offices. One of my brothers and I did not do this and the result was that changes were made to what we had signed , without notice to us, and we were effectively cut out of all decision making relating to the Trust created for my father where we were named co-trustees and co-remainder beneficiaries. A summary trust document was created giving authority to my two eldest brothers to act alone in all decisions related to the Trust assets leaving my other brother and I in the dark. This firm had the fiduciary duty to notify us of any changes made to documents that we signed in their offices. Instead they denied the existence of such documents and provided us with copies of a document that we had never seen or signed.

Hired Law Firm

I was referred to this firm from Ross & Matthews for them to handle my VA NOD. It started out good with getting my information to them however when requesting information update they fail to keep me inform of the case. Contacting the VA on my own to see if they have any information and nothing was filed from the lawfirm.. Also learn the address for me was missing a digit and all correspondence was being returned. This lawfirm starts out very well but ends poorly for the people who are veterans.

HOMELESS VETERANS NEED NOT APPLY. Todd Marquardt's office will refuse to see you or even schedule an initial "free" consultation. I recommend you look for a different attorney.

There was an obvious miscommunication with this individual. We must have a mailing address for our clients so that we can send documentation and have a meaningful line of communication. This rating does not accurately reflect the qualify of our service.
