I chose to use Todd Marquardt to assist with getting my dad through the Medicaid application process. Todd handled everything for setting up and guiding us through the Qualified Income Trust process, providing guidance for setting up the trust banking accounts, walking my dad’s Medicaid application through the process (including appealing when Medicaid made an error rejecting the initial application) and communicating with the nursing home as things progressed. Todd’s compassion, dedication and commitment to achieving a favorable outcome for our family is truly a testament to his professionalism and the outcome speaks to his experience.

Mr. Marquardt helped me navigate through the Medicaid application process, a process I never could have navigated on my own. He was responsive to my questions and concerns and helped to complete the application process with the desirable outcome, in spite of all the errors and unnecessary roadblocks the Medicaid system threw at us.
