My experience with this arbitrator has been profoundly damaging, both financially and emotionally. For nearly eight years, my case remained stuck with no meaningful progress. Despite having a signed Mediated Settlement Agreement, there were no timely rulings, no enforcement of obligations, and no decisions that moved the case forward. The absence of rulings wasn’t just frustrating — it had real‑world consequences that I was left to carry alone. During this time, I was sued by an HOA for a property I did not possess, had a lien placed on that same property, and faced ongoing financial and legal exposure that could have been prevented with even minimal oversight. I repeatedly raised these issues, but nothing was done to protect me or address the harm that was unfolding in real time. The lack of rulings, lack of follow‑through, and lack of urgency left me with no choice but to file a complaint with the Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct. I did not take that step lightly.
