Barry's office was the first and last office I called. He was straight forward and did not sugar coat his answers to my questions. I did not get that "arrogant know-it-all" attitude from Barry, nor anyone else in the office. Terra, his Paralegal is quite honestly amazing. She was the cherry on top of an already great experience. They also don't nickel and dime you for EVERY email or phone call, they respond timely and efficiently, their correspondence is professional and to the point, and to be perfectly frank, these guys know how to make you feel at ease. At the end of my case Terra called me and cheered along with me, she let me vent when I was frustrated.
