Timely but won my case the receptionists are rude and nosey I think they are or were third party answering service that just like to pretend they were important lawyers.
I went in and gave them all my information and they got right to work and have been with me all the way with my case an I would recommend them to my best of friends.
I don't know what I would have done without them. I talked to a couple of other firms but they weren't very helpful. They won my case for me in reasonable time. I would probably be homeless without them as SSDI is hard to get without a quality attorney. Highly recommend!
Just because they didn't get me my Social Security Disability for me, I still would tell others to use. I just had a small amount of information and the evidence I have was not enough to claim right now. I worked hard with the Attorney gave him all my Medical Histories from my Primary Dr. to the Mental Health, Etc.
After denied disability they were also denied on appeal but helped me win on final appeal with an ALJ. Process took over 2 1/2 years.
They won my case, but they really didn't do a whole lot for the $6000 they took out of my benefits for disability.
They had been "working" on my case for 2 years. I say "working" because I was the one that went and gathered and paid for my own medical records, because "we wouldn't want to have to collect them ourselves and then charge you". Then after 2 years of NEVER getting called or even talking to an actual attorney, they call me to tell me that "your hearing date has been set, but all of attorneys are going to be in California that day, so here's a referral number 4 a new attorney" horrible treatment
I tried for weeks to get in contact with cannon law. I have a clear diagnosis with support from all my doctors on winning this disability case and they wouldn’t take my case at cannon law without any explanation. They said I needed a clear diagnosis and when I said I had one they wouldn’t explain why I was being denied their help. Then the call “failed”. I’m 28 and just trying to get some help getting on disability because it’s been so tough. It’s a frustrating process and to not have someone listen to you is rough.
Hired Dianna's firm, could never speak with her. The office gathers information each time offering encouragement about your case. Only within a day or so of the ALJ hearing do you actually speak to an attorney. So no up front attorney consultation or strategy or quick review of the potential for winning your case. It is obvious that the firm drags things along as far as possible to make more money (percentage of benefit back pay) knowing that they sometimes win, expending very little leading up to the process. Numbers game only, find an attorney to speak to first before engaging their firm.
