Kathryn Setzer helped me with two separate cases in 2009. The first was a case where I had been denied disability benefits from my employer's insurance company. The other had to do with my former employer who had denied me the opportunity to draw unemployment benefits. Mrs. Setzer helped me win both of those cases. In the first one I was retroactively awarded 3 months of disability benefits. In the second, I was able to begin drawing full unemployment benefits and paid retro for two months.
Mr. Hudson handled my father's estate in North Carolina perfectly. I live in Nevada so I was worried it was going to be very difficult but Mr. Hudson made it simple and seamless. I would definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with estate matters in that area.
