We would like to thank John and Carmen Bautista for the attention and clear guidance that they provided for my wife and I going through the process of obtaining her green card. Carmen helped us organize our documentation and answered all questions that we had. Furthermore, she anticipated confusing aspects of the process and assisted us with staying updated with upcoming phases as they were approaching and we felt like she was very patient and understanding of our needs. We will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

Mr. Butin and Carmen were so very helpful. There was a lot of documentation required for me to obtain a passport and they were there every step of the way. Carmen did everything she could do make it happen. My case is complicated but Mr. Butin was able to ascertain that I have actually been a citizen since 1966. I could not recommend anyone more highly than Carmen and Mr. Butin. Thank you both again.
