Mrs. Easlon was completely prepared for our meeting. She had completed the many documents and had them well marked to ensure that we signed in all of the required places. She explained all of the processes and documents to our satisfaction. Being part of a QC department that follows stringent processes to ensure that paperwork is well controlled, I appreciated the care that she took. I would not hesitate to refer her to my friends and family. I was very satisfied with the services I received.
