Gary was very good about making sure I agreed with his approach to witnesses, etc. He didn't miss any of the major points to make with prosecution witnesses and his closing argument put it all together. I would definitely recommend Gary.
DO NOT hire the services of the Law Office of Sid Rosenberg!! I/we hired him for an eviction in Placer County. They were incompetent, in knowledge and time. They ADMITTED to making a mistake which caused a two week+ delay in the eviction process. The mistake would have caused a lot more than two weeks if I hadn’t taken upon MYSELF to contact the Court. This delay caused a minimum loss of $1400 & up to $4,000 (because of the delay three dogs were allowed to roam free for 2+ weeks. As I formerly managed a law office, I’m not an attorney, I was aware a writ of possession is usually returned by the Court within 24 to 48 hrs After waiting for the writ to be returned from the court for over 2 WEEKS, & questioning the law office SEVERAL times, I was told by staff that the Court was a month behind.The Court advised me the writ was filed by Sid in the wrong category. After my call the Ct. issued the writ within 2 hours. After many, many request Sid’s office refuses to reimburse for our loss
Please see other reviews as well. This attorney is a waste of time and money for business owners. He is an eviction attorney and his assistant is NASTY. I"m not the only one that thinks so. He is never in the office and takes months to respond. He will not communicate via email. Do not waste your time and money.
