About Beth M. Appelsmith

Experienced Sacramento divorce mediation attorney helps couples make an emotionally difficult time easier. Mediation and Collaborative Practice are out of court alternatives that allow parties control of their process and outcome.

I provide experienced and compassionate assistance to couples seeking an amicable alternative to litigated divorce. Mediation and Collaborative Practice are out of court alternatives that allow parties control of their process and outcome, with a much lower emotional and financial cost than traditional courtroom divorce. An out of court divorce can protect parties and their children from many of the negative effects of divorce, and allows participants confidentiality, civility, and a wide range of settlement options. Other practice areas include advice and consultation for parties in litigated divorce or mediation, pre-marital agreements, and uncontested adoptions.

Hired Attorney Beth M. Appelsmith

My wife and I used Ms. Appelsmith as a joint mediator for our marriage dissolution. Divorce is a hard thing, but working together as a team with Ms. Appelsmith helped us get through a tough time of life as smoothly as one could imagine. Ms. Appelsmith is a great mediator and trusted advisor, who helped us understand the law, what to expect during the process, and what everything would cost (mediation is so much more cost effective than each having our own attorneys). We can't thank her enough!
