His commercial litigation practice includes the representation of institutional lenders and other clients in the workout of troubled debt and asset recovery and the representation of parties in intra- and inter-corporate litigation. Mr. Anderson is certified by the American Board of Certification in Business and Bankruptcy Law. He represents parties in all aspects of chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Hired Attorney James B. Anderson

Jim worked with my mother on her estate plan. My mother is 92 and he took time to explain the details and go over every step of the process with her. He was patient and understanding in accommodating her hearing and vision deficits. She greatly appreciated his professional and understanding approach to her legal matters. She was very satisfied with the results that accomplished all of her goals in a short amount of time. As far as our experience with estate planning, Jim was well versed in the nuances of requirements under VT laws and various implications of each action taken and what the client needs to be aware of.
