I was rear ended and pushed into another vehicle in front of me. There was significant damage to all three vehicles. I received injuries to my back, neck, and base of my skull that ended up being extremely painful. I was treated by my own medical team for a lengthy period with minimal results because the origin of the pain was difficult to pin down. After about 9 months, I received bills from my healthcare provider and medicare. Their rationale was if the problem was cause by someone else, that person should pay. I hired Rosenthal Law and they immediately took that burden off me. They took on the task of tracking the bills and handled the management of them. When my health plan people gave up on trying to solve my problem Mr. Rosenthal recommended trying to a different health provider. They made all the arrangements and handled everything. My health problems are mostly solved and David Rosenthal negotiated a healthy settlement for me. I'm very happy with David Rosenthal.

I'm extremely pleased that I hired David Rosenthal to handle my case. He was professional at all times, always answering my questions and returning phone calls. My case involved a vehicle accident which was not my fault. Although my case was hard to prove. He was able to get me the maximum judgement available. I would highly recommend him.

I was rear ended on the freeway as a result I fractured my back and had 3 bulging disks in my lower back. Mr Rosenthal and his team made sure I got the proper treatments and Care that I needed to get me back on my feet including 3 minor surgeries and numerous injections. Him and his team made me feel comfortable and was there for me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a really good injury lawyer.

I'm a very happy client!!!! Everything that was done on my claim was excellent service. I’m so impressed on how my claim was handled in a professional way and it didn’t take as long as I thought it was going to take. The staff was caring and always made sure my calls were important regarding my case. Barbara Reed is a very professional caring person and is good at what she does, I wouldn’t have wanted anybody else to handle my case like she did a caring awesome job! Hopefully I don’t need these services again, but if it occurs I’m for sure looking in getting Rosenthal & Kreeger injury law firm to take care of me. Thank you very much.
