Resnick Law Group was exceptional at moving quickly and getting a very positive resolution to my case. I highly recommend the entire firm, however I mostly interacted with Spencer and Gerry who were extremely knowledgeable. I see that they have a lot of positive reviews, I am not surprised. This team actually cares about their clients, and they really know their law!

Hired Attorney Gerald Jay Resnick

Gerry Resnick and his team were awesome in supporting me in my case against my former employer. I interviewed several before selecting Gerry, and Gerry gave me the most confidence that I had a case worth fighting. Gerry set proper expectations and followed through in every phase of the journey. He and his team were extremely responsive throughout, always responding to emails and texts to let me know they understood the sense of urgency. After that was case completed, Gerry also helped me navigate the non-compete documentation that my prospective employers were asking me to sign. As always, Gerry explained things very clearly and gave me confidence to move forward in the best way possible.

Mr. Resnick and his professional staff absolutely amazed me. I am a local government employee that had a dipute with my employer. My case was extremely difficult and sensitive in nature. Not only did The Resnick Law Group take my case all the way to trial (with great risk for both of us) , but also secured a settlement half way thru trial. His wealth of knowledge and ambition to defend employees who were done wrong is truly amazing. Thank you for getting my life & career back on track.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
