Hired Attorney Mr. Charles Torres

Charles is the best venture lawyer I've ever worked with. He has all the skills of a world class "white shoe" corporate lawyer but he "gets" business needs and goals. When he works on a document or negotiates a deal he focuses on the things that matter to the client - not on impressing us with how he can negotiate every little nit. He has the skill and experience to know the difference between what matters and what doesn't. An absolute rock star.

Ashley has the ability to make complicated issues understandable to the lay person. His knowledge of tax laws is superb, yet he does not talk in tax terms. his communication skills are excellent.

Hired Attorney Mr. Charles Torres

I've worked with Charles on a number of deals over the past 8 years. He is an incredibly talented transactional lawyer and more importantly has incredibly strong business judgment. He protected our interests but also was laser-focused on achieving our business goals and getting the deal done. I would highly recommend him for anyone doing venture capital, M&A or other transactional work (both fund and company side).

This lawyer is racist. She talks down about non-whites and people who are employed by large companies through such programs designed for equality. She rolled her eyes when I mentioned having a city college degree.I would never go back to her or her law firm.
