This guy is a crook! Just get on Facebook and put his name in and look at some of the comments 82-year-old woman who ripped off I went to office today under a fake name to confront him recorded the whole thing. The dude will take your money and not do anything. He’s a true POS
He never answers the phone. Never responds to texts. Shows up late to court and acts like he has no idea what’s going on. He’s extremely rude and speaks terribly about his other clients because he blames them for his shortcomings.
Stay away from Brock he will tell you I will do everything for you as soon as you pay him money he will never answer your calls or do anything and always excuses no communication no explanation people like that not supposed to be lawyers
Brock Showalter "represents" a friend of mine and every time he is needed to do his job it is absolutely impossible to reach him unless you call and leave a message saying you need new representation, or threaten him with a grievance. He's been paid in full but will not do his job. I just called the office and the secretary hung up after I told her why I was calling. When he does finally show up you've been sitting in jail for weeks waiting on him to work for you. It should be against the law for him to be called a lawyer.
I was cheated by Brock Showalter. After he took my money, he was irresponsible. He didn’t reply to my message, phone calls, or emails. I read reviews that many people who had the same situation as me. I need people who have been cheated by him, let’s work together to fine another lawyer to sue Brock Showalter so that he will not cheat other customers.please, contact me:479-255-9829
The absolute worst law firm out there. Brock and his entire law office are all a huge scam and should be shut down. There was zero communication the entire time and we were never called back after paying the fee for their representation. At the first hearing, Brock was too busy and he substituted a different lawyer to fill in for him. We’re still unclear if that lawyer even worked for his firm. We called numerous times and never received a call back and his voicemail was always full where we couldn’t leave a message. The few times that Brock did communicate, he was hateful and disrespectful and not how someone should act when you’re paying for their services.
Just hiring this man is a personal injury in itself, every bad review one reads is to the utmost accuracy, this man should not be an Attorney !!!
HE HAS GHOSTED ME SINCE PAYMENT WAS MADE FROM DAY ONE AND REFUSES TO REIMBURSE ME FOR SERVICES I NEVER RECEIVED!
Brock did not communicate in a timely manner, and sometimes would ignore emails all together. He rarely was available in his office. His responses were short and he never answered any of our questions directly. He always had an excuse or a family emergency whenever we confronted him about our concerns with his representation. When he did show up to a meeting, he was extremely late, wearing gym clothes because he came from the gym and was eating a piece of pizza. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. We had to REMIND him of our case whenever we met with him. He has yet to provide me with my original documents for my case and cannot even provide me the retainer paperwork I signed after him a LARGE sum of money. I took him to small claims court and he responded by sending me an official document asking me to admit 32 items including personal information about my past and asking me to admit that he provided me with the retainer document that he never did. Would NOT recommend him.
