Racist, self-serving. I am a black woman who was hit by a white man high off of opiates in a shopping center. It was a hit and run. Morgenstern worked directly with the defense litigation to effectively dismiss the case. He diverted the job of litigation to a lawyer I have never heard of before who is not apart of his firm. He used my medical history of a major concussion (which occurred after the hit and run) to form biased, fraudulent and ignorant opinions of me. He will NOT care about you.
