Hired Attorney David Bach

David Bach handled my guardianship case to transfer guardianship between states. He was super responsive, answered all my questions, obviously cared about my disabled child and importantly, was able to make a complicate process work. I highly recommend David Bach!

Hired Attorney David Bach

I hired David Bach as my attorney for my divorce. i was looking for someone that had a high AVVO rating, so I went for a preliminary interview. David is very knowledgeable of the law, articulate, and organized. He was available to communicate with me any time I needed-whether to answer a question or to calm my fears. (I had lots of both!) He made sure I was prepared for court appearances and meetings with the other party. His ability to distract me while waiting to enter the court room kept my anxiety low. David always conducted himself in a professional manner and never made me feel as if I was being judged. He understood what issues were important to me. He fought for those issues and was successful for me! David comes with big personality and tons of kindness. He made the process of divorce more pleasant than I could ever have imagined. I highly, highly recommend David Bach if you find yourself facing a divorce! An AVOO rating of 10 is accurate!!!! He fights for his client!!!!

Hired Attorney David Bach

I hired Mr. Bach twice, first in a divorce/support case, and then in a second child custody/support case. Mr. Bach is an excellent attorney and human being. I was impressed that he knew nearly everyone in the building, and others knew and respected him as well. Often during court appearances, when people asked who my attorney was, when I said Mr. Bach they would respond that I was in good hands. That is really comforting to hear in a court room. Mr. Bach is well organized, professional and honest. There were times where he had to tell me hard truths. But at every step, I never felt lost; We always had an evolving game plan. You can expect him to come with experience given his years of practice, including significant experience with guardianship cases. He was on time to court and was always available to lend support whenever I needed it. While we did not go to trial, I won both of my cases. I could not imagine stepping into a court room without him.

Hired Attorney David Bach

David Bach handled my divorce case. More than other attorneys I had interviewed, David immediately recognized the strengths and weaknesses of my case and was able to analyze and articulate them. My case required a lot of patience on Dave's part due to my anxiety and my spouse's slow and less-than-cooperative pace of doing anything. Dave was very available and very supportive through the whole process. He was willing and ready to go to court, but also supportive of negotiating a settlement, which in the end we did, saving a lot of time and money and further angst for everyone.

Bad experience. Would definitely go elsewhere. I feel other attorneys would be ethical and decent Do your homework !!

This client's goals were not realistic. Therefore, I had no choice but to remove myself as his attorney in the litigation. Which generated the review he left.

David Bach is lazy, unprofessional, dishonest and lacks ethics. It is a travesty to the practice of law that this man is permitted to serve as an attorney. Avoid this attorney at all cost.
