Cunningham was great. He requested a different Judge in order for us to get what was best for us.
This attorney likes to make "deals" with other attorneys, not always in your favor. I have left him for another, who was significantly better. He is ok but not the best out there.
Terrible experience with this lawyer. His office is unhelpful, the receptionist who answers the phone acts like you are bothering her every time you call. They did not file the appropriate paperwork after my child support case so I did not receive the very tiny payment that this lawyer so skillfully negotiated. When I realized that I was not getting this the office then wants to charge me another 1500 just to get the back amount. I would not recommend you use this lawyer if you ever need to actually get support for your children. I have a special needs child and receive nothing. Really negotiated that well.
David was negligent in my military divorce case. He failed to progress the matter, after over a year of him and his firm, no progress was made. He sent things to the other party without notifying or consulting me yet was unresponsive for months to my calls and emails.
Mr.Cunningham was unprepared, unprofessional, did not follow up, and blamed me for not setting up a pretrial meeting to discuss the trial. I have the emails to prove every thing. For me I have nothing to say but stay away from MR.Cunningham as a lawyer.
