Hired Law Firm

If you are looking to retain someone for a traffic ticket you should avoid this attorney at all costs. I paid him a retainer. He didn't review any paperwork and came back with an unacceptable deal. A series of downright bizarre and untruthful communications from him (that are all captured in emails and I don't have enough space here to detail) cause me to believe that this attorney is not capable of representing people properly. I am seeking review of his conduct but I would advise hiring someone else. This attorney is abusive and unethical.

Hired Attorney James L. Riotto

I would strongly advise anyone against paying or hiring James Riotto to represent you , he'll take your money and not show up to court and tell you he cant do anything about it. Ive encountered several individuals at traffic court who have experienced the same thing. There's several complaints files against James Riotto with the Bar Association and the disciplinary comity of Rochester, you can look this up for yourselves. Again please if you value your hard earned dollars, hire another reputabl
