my attorney was excellent, but when i had to contact him by phone, i found the secretary/receptionist to be blunt and as if she was in very much of a hurry to get off the phone with me, she made me feel inferior, as a result, i felt intimidated to call, which of course i shouldn't have
She was excellent in the quality of her work, which enabled me to receive SSD benefits for my years of working. The 4 for communication is because her responsiveness was slower than expected.
They've made a long drawn out process more bearable. It is sometimes a day or so before a call back is received but I understand that this is because they are in court or working on other cases and/or may be waiting for a response from another party in regards to my inquiry. When my attorney was out due to a family matter, one of the partners called me back at 7 pm and made a point of answering all of my questions and also sent me more information regarding another issue.
He is a very competent lawyer. He is very busy as most lawyers are but will return phone calls as soon as he can. I did have some problems with Nick's paralegal but after speaking with him in person about the problem he found a solution. The problem was resolved and I am a very satisfied client and would recommend Nick as well as Segar and Scortino to anyone that needs representation
Our lawyer was well-equipped to represent us. She was very professional. She was also very good at explaining everything to us about the case.
Mr. Sciortino was an excellent attorney, however since he passed the organization has tanked. Now, after they receive their money, they seem to be no longer interested in the case. I have called them several times and months have gone by without a call back from Virginia and others in the office. Such a disappointment. It is very important that they finish the case we have started with John! We Miss You JOHN Sciortino! He was a smart and good man.
They are terrible they decided not to take my case after having it for two months two days before court even the judge said that was wrong would not recommend at all
to busy for the common person im sitting here with no social sercurity because they thought i could just reaply knowing i was on comp tor 2 1/2 yrs would not fight for what i should have gotten
