I never spoke to an actual attorney, just the paralegal. For this, they took $33000 out of my settlement...seems as though if you pay that much you should at least be able to talk to someone with a degree.
After four months I got a call from a very confused sounding lawyer. He offered me some nonsensical explanation as to why they dropped my case. Took me five minutes online to figure it out how to approach this problem they claimed to have had. They say everything happens for a reason. I am sure I will make out in the end now. Glad they dropped my case.
