Chris was great, better than I hoped. He stated it would take anywhere from 4 mos. to 2 years to get my SSD claim approved. In 4 mos. I received my approval. He walked me through the letter from my PMD, and reviewed my SSD questionnaire before submitting it. He took care of everything else after an approx. 1 hour meeting with my wife and I.
