Friendly and knowledgeable, frequently updates and responds quickly to concerns and inquiries.
Mike handled the update to my LLC. Though not a huge change, it was faster, better communicated, and much less expensive than the prior attorney. Further, he was able to fix an issue that the prior attorney made... and for which he wanted to charge me to fix. Mike did not charge for this. Mike deals in the highest of ethics as well and is focused on business law and is not otherwise diluted. I will use him again, and recommend him often
While I enjoyed working with the original lawyer assigned to my case, I was a bit disheartened to learn of his passing. I was never notified by the firm that my lawyer had passed, but I WAS charged for another lawyer(???) to review my file. The really turned me off to the firm.
I would not recommend using this organization as they simply do not care. As a home owner they removed all of my rights and handed my rights to the tenants. They forced me to sell my property tens of thousands of dollars cheaper than it is worth. This organization are complete scammers and crooks. I am not sure why real estate att are so crooked and should be investigated
