My wife and I thought we were all set, having done our own wills with the aid of online software and having made beneficiary arrangements on insurance and bank account. However, after we had a free consult with Colin Quinn we quickly realized our wills were missing critical and essential elements. In addition we had no overall estate plan and couldn’t be assured that our assets were going to ultimately end up where we wanted them to go. Also we realized that we didn’t have any of the following in place: 1. Durable powers of attorney, 2. Combined medical proxies and health care directives, 3. HIPPA authorizations.
