I got fined for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle that was cops on the highway. This is considered reckless driving in Virginia, and I live in NC. Cops could have towed my car and put me in jail but I was cooperative and apologized to them, so they just gave me a citation. Mattox Law reduced the reckless driving, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, a misdemeanor to failure to obey a highway sign while sleeping, an infraction and a non-moving violation. No points in my driving record and insurance. I just paid a fine of $100 plus a court fee. Communication with Mattox Law was very professional. They answered all my questions and concerns.
