My case was very difficult and I was not sure I would win but with his expertise and excellent preparation we were able to win.

Hired Law Firm

I ended up doing the leg work, He was very impatient. He wanted a completely uncomplicated case. He was a poor advocate for my interests. Ex: He never asked for a second medical opinion. When the Insurance company denied my medical treatment he did not fight them. I would not recommend Mr. Lutkenhaus for anyone with more than the simplest case.
