I was in need of an attorney for a reckless driving charge and Mr. Bain was one of the first attorneys that popped up on a google search that served in the location I was pulled over. Mr. Bain told me exactly everything I needed to do and needed to have done to prove to the judge that the mitigation I was presenting him meant I was remorseful for my reckless driving incident. I had done everything Mr. Bain told me to do and was hoping I would only get my license suspended, nothing more. However, the judge- who went to school with Mr. Bain- plead my ticket down to improper driving (no license suspension and no misdemeanor). If I had not chosen Mr. Bain as my lawyer, I am not sure what would have happened. Not only did my reckless driving charge get plead down a lot, but Mr. Bain always responded to my emails within the same day (sometimes within the hour) and always answered any questions I had. I am very grateful to Mr. Bain for helping me out.

Greg Sheldon represented me on an old charge that came back to haunt me, one that I had thought had been long dropped. It could have caused serious damage to my career, and that created much anxiety, before I hired Mr. Sheldon. He was up front and honest from the beginning. Didn't sugar-coat anything and didn't promise a thing, other than to work hard and figure out what could be done. He gave sound advice, was responsive, explained things clearly, and helped me understand the process, even getting the original complainant to commit in writing that there was no interest on his part in pursuing things. My life had been very different back then but that was no excuse and I didn't look for any, just for a way not to lose everything over an old mistake. The Judge said, to me, in court "young lady there is sufficient evidence here to charge you, BUT you hired a darn good lawyer". Not many reviews can say that. My charges will be dropped.
