He was a commissioner who heard my motion and out right dismissed it because of semantics in the paperwork. He chose dismissing the situation because he had a busy day ahead instead of actually solving the problem. The semantics of the document were the problem and why we were there. He didn’t care that a person with documented violent tendencies was controlling part of my life and destroying my credit. He is really good at reading though.
I hired this attorney to be co-counsel in a civil matter. He represented me in a six year/ten continuance complex civil case. Just before trial he and the lead counsel abandon the case leaving me without representation. I was nothing but professional and respectful to this attorney and valued his input. Given he had years of experience and a good reputation I was very surprised by his behavior. His behavior at times in the court room was unprofessional. The overall experience has been traumatic.
