Randall L Jameson Jr. Has done great work in the past, and when I needed legal advise quickly he was there to help me get through my trouble with some simple questions and a couple phone calls. He was a commissioner who heard my motion and out right dismissed it because of semantics in the paperwork. He chose dismissing the situation because he had a busy day ahead instead of actually solving the problem. The semantics of the document were the problem and why we were there. He didn’t care that a person with documented violent tendencies was controlling part of my life and destroying my credit. He is really good at reading though.
I hired this attorney to be co-counsel in a civil matter. He represented me in a six year/ten continuance complex civil case. Just before trial he and the lead counsel abandon the case leaving me without representation. I was nothing but professional and respectful to this attorney and valued his input. Given he had years of experience and a good reputation I was very surprised by his behavior. His behavior at times in the court room was unprofessional. The overall experience has been traumatic.
Absolutely unprofessional, inconsiderate, bashed the other party, care was not on what was best for the children involved.
Dude takes money and won’t return phone calls. Buddies case going on 2 years for a DUI. How you an attorney, take peoples money and then not return their calls. Why does a DUI case take 2+ years??????
I hired his (atwood) firm and was given atwood to represent me in my divorce. Based on my "New" attorneys statements I hired after I fired atwood shortly thereafter. But not before I had spent several thousands of dollars in incompetence. My new attorney said atwood obviously did not even know the very basics in family law. He got me the absolute worst deal possible with my kids and amount of money I had to pay my X. My new attorney said he had to work even harder just so he could get the very fundamentally basic deal back after atwood had given it away because of ignorance. Atwood wrote me a letter telling me he understood why he had been fired and I asked for a full refund. I was denied.
Retained Mr. Jameson for counsel and representation, based on good Martindale-Hubbell review. Initial communications were good - he seemed to lose interest in case rapidly. He dropped the ball when it was most important! Ultimately we had to move to other law firm for proper counsel. Money spent - lost!
