The Law Offices of Kenneth G. Wincorn, P.C. was founded in 1972 by Kenneth G. Wincorn, Esq. and serves the Dallas area. Our principal office is located in Richardson, Texas. Our firm has been established for over 40 years, and we have experience in a wide array of practice areas, including Criminal Law, Immigration Law, Family Law, Personal Injury, and Civil Litigation. Hired Attorney Mr. Bryan Sample

I didnt hire him but my common law spouse did and he didnt show to his court date today to represent him after filing a suit agaisnt me. If you hire him make he does what you are paying him to do. I personally didn't find his methods very professional by the letter he wrote me, bullying me with false threats of prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, property matters arent enforced criminally they are enforced in civil court usually in small claims courts. You cant prosecutue someone for taking their own items they paid for last i checked. so maybe he should stick to civil court and not try to play a criminal attorney as I'm not a criminal.

Hired Attorney Mr. Kenneth Wincorn

I hired Mr. Wincorn, for a personal Injury, (Third Party). This attorney never returned phone calls, e-mails. The only thing he did return was all of my documentation, and said I could find another attorney. I signed a contract with him (contingent), and because this case involved some work, he promptly sent all my documentation back to me, and said find another attorney. I filed a grievance with the Texas Attorney General....
