Elaine is a horrible lawyer with an annoying voice! She needs to stop talking on TV. I hope you get sued for defamation. She needs to be disbarred.
There was sympathy towards Elaine at first but doing interview to gain 15 minutes of fame after losing a case is ludicrous. Elaine is trying, she is trying She is adamant about the UK trail but she should also mentioned that the judge was biased. Lies build up and it leads to more lies Don't dig the grave more deeper
Elaine is a sorry excuse for a lawyer! To go on TV the day after her client was exposed for her abuse and lies to tell the world that woman will not be believed makes her absolutely a disgusting human. No no Elaine! The world understands that LYING about abuse is not to be tolerated! You are awful to go and claim the trial wasn't fair. What kind of lawyer cannot accept their client LIED got caught and then blames the jury and court!!!!! You are a disgrace! Your statements are infuriating and you are so wrong for saying these things. Justice has prevailed here and you need to accept that your client has been exposed!!!! Everyone felt sorry for you UNTIL you decided to pull this stunt!!!!! Such a disgrace!
She’s not very knowledgeable in what is supposed to be her field of expertise. I will say though if you want an attorney that is agreeable to you lying under oath and will help you defame the judge after losing your case, she’s your gal.
If your expertise is employment law, you don't take a defamation case. Elaine came across as a 3rd-year C-plus law student who doesn't even know what constitues hearsay! It was amusing (though eventually kind of sad) to watch her stutter everytime Judge Penney overruled her. But, truly, the worst was her yuckin' it up with her client. Very, very, very poor form and an insult to the legal profession. This exact behavior is responsible for the bad reputations attorneys have. Her only defense was, you want 15 minutes of fame. Oy. Very, very uncomfortable. Very, very unprofessional.
Elaine is UNBELIEVABLY annoying. Argues with EVERY objection. Beyond irritating. Wouldn't hire her for $10.
I had contacted them on a number of occasions, they never followed up, wasted my time, dropped the case and did not provide me with any explanation! Stay away from them!!!
