Hired Law Firm

I had another attorney representing me for my L&I claim but they never returned my calls. Every time I called in they didn't know who I was. I called this office and they took the time to explain to me everything that's going on with my claim. They told me to work things out with my attorney. I tried but after not getting calls back I ended up hiring these guys. Every time I call them someone is there to pick up the phone and talk to me about my claim.

Probably the best workers compensation attorney you will find in Seattle. She's been an L&I attorney for so long and she knows the ins and outs of the system like no other.

I've known Tara for many years. Most workers compensation attorneys try to turn around cases quickly or run them to the ground so that L&I would stop paying time loss so that they could recover back time loss to take significant fees. With Tara it's quite the complete opposite. She handles every case with kit gloves. She does her best to ensure that L&I keeps paying time loss and that the injured worker gets back on their feet white getting medical and financial benefits whenever possible, to get issues resolves quickly, cheaply, and with the best outcome for her clients.

Tara is an excellent L&I attorney. She is an expert in her field and the most caring attorney I know. I strongly reccomend her for anyone needing help with an L&I claim or other problems relating to a work injury.

Terra Reck is the most unprofessional lawyer I have ever worked with, she was EXTREMELY rude to my husband, the way she spoke to him literally left my jaw dropping. Accusing him of not listening to her paralegal Terry. Terry never informed us the issues with Multi care, and Fransican, how they kill Workers Comp cases (funny my Franciscan doctor was great.) she refused to listen to my husband about his issues with terry saying, She’s worked with him for six years and there is no way he would mess up. She stands behind her employees great but why is she accusing my husband of being a liar? All around BAD attorney. Do not recommend. Will be reporting her and her office to the bar for her attitude and her treatment towards clients. She also protected Terry by trying to throw Madeline under the bus saying she worked with him too, but TERRY can’t do anything wrong.. Seriously look else where this lady is so rude. Also want to state she would prefer my husband stay with a doctor who prescribe
