The firm consists of three attorneys admitted to practice law in the State of New York: Peter J. Corrigan, admitted in 1975; Joseph M. McCoy, admitted in 1981; and Scott W. Bush, admitted in 1983.

The firm's primary areas of practice are personal injury defense litigation; professional liability defense, particularly attorneys; representation of attorneys in front of the various grievance committees; and representation of judges with respect to the Judicial Conduct Commission. The attorneys also handle real estate transactions, vehicle and traffic and criminal defense.

When you want to talk about my family lawyer, Joe Mccoy, you need to immediately associate this man with the true vagures and direct relationships it takes to be the best lawyer in the capital district!!! You better listen good, be able to handle the truth as it comes, and pay the F up....this man is not playing around so dont play with him!!! Ive helped more people, more like friends, that truly needed a lawyer of his caliber than i can count....not to mention mine and my familys own miss calculations throughout this croocked legal system named LAW!!!! If he is still practicing law and not retired on a beach somewhere and you find yourself in need of THE heavy hitter...Feel privledged and blessed to be under his wings!!! Hired Attorney Scott W. Bush

Horrible lawyer. Can’t communicate with clients without screaming at them. Lost my important documents. Totally irresponsible and slow. Even tried to give me a handwritten contract like we were in kindergarten!!! Not reliable. Not responsive.
