Hired Attorney Crista Haynes

My Family Law Case had been going on for 12 years before I found Crista. I wish I had found her sooner. Crista was able to achieve in one hearing what 10 other attorneys had not been able to achieve in that 12 year period. How did she do it? She knew the law and how to apply it to achieve the best outcome. Hands down, Crista is the very best! To add a cherry on top, her team supports her so that she can do the good work of protecting families. They are eager to help and her office is every bit as efficient as she. Don’t look any further, Crista is the best!

I have never had to hire a lawyer before, however, I needed a family law lawyer for a situation I found myself in. I hired Crista Haynes of The Haynes Law Firm to represent me. She was professional, knowledgeable, and showed up to all my hearings. I felt like she really cared about me and my case. She represented me well in court and I got the outcome I desired. I also worked quite a bit with Jenni, the executive paralegal there. She was professional, friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions, and there were times I had quite a bit of questions. I found the whole office to be efficient and prepared. I would highly recommend this law firm for any family law related services.

Exactly what you expect for the price, good legal work isn't cheap, its good thing Crista offered me payment option. she was very good very understanding and everything she did for me was explained really well. divorce sucks she made it easier. Thank you Crista! and all involved!!

Hired Attorney Crista Haynes

I spoke to my lawyer once and never spoke to her again. Everything was done through a paralegal, which is fine, but I had to provide all the information, including stuff that was very easily able to be looked up by the firm yet the burden was given to me completely. I provided everything and other than file the actual Order for the hearing, I provided all materials myself. On the day of the hearing, she did not show and had an associate show, who had never met me, nor was familiar with me or my case. Overall, the case was won, but no thanks to my lawyer, who, after seeing her picture on here, now know what she even looks like. Overall, very dissatisfied.

Hired Attorney Crista Haynes

My experience with Crista Haynes was horrendous. She talked a great game during consultation. As soon as I hired her, everything changed. Her attitude and demeanor toward a paying client is abhorrent. I've never been yelled at by an attorney over the phone. I had to tell her she needed to lower her voice when talking to me. She frequently made deals with the opposing party without my consent. She would tell me one thing verbally and then say something completely different in writing. I was absolutely gaslit by her. My brother in law was on a phone call with me and her paralegal, who was just as rude and nasty. As an attorney himself, he advised me to report Crista to the bar and called her a "chop-shop" attorney. His disgust with her methods was clear and it became apparent why he avoids family law... Because of attorneys like her, that prey on parents desperate to get their kids out of terrible situations. She dragged my case out, did not communicate with me what kind of hearings wer

Hired Attorney Crista Haynes

Ms. Haynes assumed a continuance for a joint custody/reunification therapy matter. Therefore, she was unprepared to argue the case. The judge refused to grant and she said nothing, not even at attempt! I lost immediately. A few months later on appeal, the documents were never properly sent to opposition counsel and she mixed up two dates on documents rendering them invalid. The judge immediately dismissed the appeal. No apologies, no offer to reimburse or refund for services never received.
