Hired Attorney John Bonino

Hired Attorney John Bonino

I gone through a handful lawyers over the past few years for my child custody case for my son. We are happy we found Mr. Bonino, he was wonderful and helped us won our case! Mr. Bonino is exceptional! He really calmed my nerves, answered all my on going questions, was very compassionate, kind, caring, professional, and reliable! I trust him! We will continue to use him again for any legal manners we may require for the future. He is one of the best lawyers in the ever had! I highly recommend him!

I was extremely disappointed with his services. He was supposed to act as a mediator, but instead he made the situation significantly worse. He would ask questions and then never respond to the answers — and even now, over four months later, I still have not received a response. I filed a complaint with the Board of Ethics regarding his conduct. He told the Board that the case was still open, yet told my lawyer he no longer wanted to be involved. This inconsistency is unacceptable. I have documented proof of these issues and am willing to provide it if anyone would like to review it. I want to make it very clear: there was absolutely no patience or professionalism when the police had to become involved due to his refusal to respond or assist. To this day, he has ignored every email from me, yet told my lawyer otherwise. After months of being disregarded, I filed with the Board of Ethics — only for him to lie directly to them. I have since re-submitted my complaint !

Elliot was a horrible lawyer. He was recommended to us by our lawyer to be a mediator. After getting his retainer and having 1 session he suggested to he our parent coordinator. Second retainer paid and he had one more session that he wasnt ready for and had to end short cause of another meeting. After giving him large amounts of evidence he would not respond until we had to get Police involved. Then he would suggest we work it out on our own. He would say he was gling to give his recommendations and never do it. My ex was told my kids will be at my fathers funeral Arrangements and she didnt follow through. All elliot did was say she was wrong. Move forward to fathers day, my ex held my daughter from me and elliot didnt respond till numerous emails sent again. We finally filed a complaint to the ethics board after not hearing from him for months, he tells them the case is still open. To this day we have never heard anything back from him and hes claiming he is still involved. He isnt
