Do not use this lawyer for probate. I had to go too recorder office myself to get certificate of transfer. It does not have my name spelled correctly. Then I had to go to probate in courthouse to get it stamped. They said he did not fill out the paperwork correctly. when I called to tell him that my name is spelled wrong and it is useless , he told me he could fix it for an additional $200. So he filed papers wrong , I have to go get them myself and they are worthless, since my name is spelled wrong. But he earned his $3000.00 Find someone else.
