Where do I begin?! Having Atty Bogen in my corner fighting for me and my daughter has been an absolute blessing to say the least. His knowledge while still being humble and really just down to earth, left me speechless (whereas other lawyers have left me feeling like I'd be better off representing myself LOL) I never felt ignored or unheard, "left in the lurch" or unprepared for what was coming from the other side. I've heard from people that he's not one to be trifled with, but that reputation didn't do him a bit of justice....he's literally the Hulk in lawyer form and I'm so thankful for him!

Atty. Bogen has represented my interest in various capacities. I have found him to be knowledgeable, competent, and compassionate. He has a vast amount of experience and I come to rely on him regularly. He has a wonderful relationship with the judges and other lawyers, but don't cross him because he will call you on the carpet if you cross the line. I have personally seen him go toe to toe with opposing counsel when they or their client have tried to renege on an already agreed upon deal.

Curt Bogen is the Best of the Best! He's brilliant, knows the law, and proves to be a real champion in the courtroom! You can't go wrong with this guy! He dots every "I" and crosses every "T", and then some. He gets the job done. He comforts the client and protects them. You are in good hands with this man! Scale from 1-10? I give him a 12! His communication and delivery in court is stellar! He will totally undress the opposing party and hang the other person. You are always in good hands w/ CB!

If you lost a case, you must have had pretty bad facts. He got really upset with me when I didn't tell him the full truth.
I learned that was a bad idea. He dug out my case anyway. Fought HARD. I would rather have a lawyer who gets mad and fights, than a lawyer who promises me the moon and does nothing. He won for me--never gave up on me--even when I was ready to give up on my case and myself.
