This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a law firm. You don't talk with any attorney only case workers that change with the wind. I did everything these case workers said but in the end I was at fault , not the attorney or other persons insurance even though they were at fault. Of course now another new case worker! Don't make the same mistake I did and believe their tv advertisement get a second opinion someone who will care about your health and long term problems !!!

Horrible communication. High turn over rate with case managers and lawyers. If you don't contact them to see what is going on with your case you will never know. Takes almost a year for a simple accident case. Advertising does not match the service. T

Where to begin? I suppose with the fact that in all of my years this was the most bungling and incompetent/professionally negligent law firm I have ever used. I was in an automobile accident nearly four months ago I and I retained Riddle to represent me. From the start communication was slow to then non-existent. I never got the chance to even speak with the attorney from the firm representing me. Apparently they utilized two case managers. The second one at least I believe started looking at the case. Nearly four months later I get a call from the receptionist at my doctor's office. The message? Riddle is no longer representing me. Why do I have to get a call from my doctor's receptionist? Why are they privileged to know that to begin with? It's not just unprofessional but it's a colossal violation of my own privacy. Yesterday I received a letter notifying me of it with a sloppily hand scrawled addressed envelope. I am not kidding.

When ever I call to speak with my workmen compensation lawyer, she never call back, I may get a email that's about it. This is the worst law company. My case still have not been settled. No compassion for there clients. I just pray things get better until then be careful and do your homework on this company.

My entire family was hit by a semi-truck. We absolutely should not be here based on the damages. Horrible experience with Riddle & Brantley and unfortunately due to their negligence and mismanagement of my case it has been forced to go to litigation. It has been an absolute mess from the very beginning and I feel like I was discriminated against mistreated and mishandled throughout this entire process. I do have emails to prove this neglect. It’s been almost 3 years and with the amount of changes I am no further along now than I was 3 years ago. Still holding on for dear life and trying to make it out the process with some sort sanity. Absolutely choose another law firm when making your decision because this one is focus is quantity and not quality and my family has suffered. I will be taking this forward to the Commanding General of Camp Lejeune (who I used to work for) and express my concerns and try to get this company banned from being used by active duty Marines and Sailors.

I will not recommend this law firm for anyone they said they paid my bills and took my money and I'm still getting bills I got 3000.$ that's it and they took the rest and I'm still going to the hospital this is a sorry greddy firm I tell all my family and friends not to use them

I regret using this firm. After a year+ of wasted time for my disability, the lawyer handling my did not have access to my file with Social Security because “his password” to access my file was invalid! Did not submit any of my medical records or any documents to SSI, and during my hearing, the judge extended my case for 30 days so he could submit my papers, and then he abandoned my case! Would not respond to my e-mails, texts, voice messages. Tried to contact home office, but they kept referring me back to him. They basically don’t care and don’t follow up. Absolutely no response to anything! I had to do more work & follow up than he or his “Paralegals” who never stayed for over a month ever did! I am now representing my self I would never recommend this firm for anyone for anything! They “lost” my documents somehow, and would not mail me the originals! This firm is a joke!

This law firm is sub par. My chiropractor gave me their card after an auto accident. After TWO YEARS I get a call from my lawyer apologizing for forgetting about my case. The following week another female attorney calls me and says she is my new attorney and that she is sorry to say they are dropping my case. I was stopped at a light and a guy rear-ended me. The other driver was ticketed with no license and reckless driving. Don't waste your time with Riddle and Brantley.... Read more

I'm a current client of Riddle and Brantley. I sincerely regret choosing this law firm! My case worker takes weeks to return my phone calls, and when she does, she makes me feel stupid about the questions that I have asked. The sad thing is, I have no idea who my attorney is! I've kept them up to date on every single step of my progress, yet they leave me in the dark about what's going on with my case. I will NEVER use this firm again and I'm definitely not recommending them!
