Family Law is our sole focus. Our highly qualified attorneys practice under the leadership of Heather W. Forshey, a Board Certified Family Law Specialist. Our goal is to provide you with superior representation tailored to meet your needs.

At the Raleigh Divorce Law Firm, we are dedicated to helping you through this difficult time. We practice exclusively in family law to provide our clients with experienced and knowledgeable representation. We represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, adoption, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support and property division. We also offer divorce and family law mediation services.

We understand that each case is unique and each of our clients has different needs. We work closely with our clients and tailor our services with their individualized needs in mind. Our clients benefit from highly personalized, accessible and responsive representation.

Our founding attorney, Heather W. Forshey is a board-certified family law specialist and certified family financial mediator. In addition, she has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2014. This honor is given to no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys who practice family law in North Carolina.

Heather Williams Forshey is a brilliant attorney. She is thorough to the point that she predicts upcoming tactics of opposing parties. She is knowledgeable beyond that of the many attorneys I've seen her come up against. She has the ability to shake up the other side, only with her preparedness and knowledge of the law to rebut anything they throw her way. She is unbiased, open minded and always on the side of justice and fairness to all. Most importantly, she is honest. I highly recommend her.
