Ms. Jammie Lynn Wacenske is an excellent lawyer. In our particular case she explained everything to us, worked out what we wanted to do and a plan to get there and was prepared on for trial and communicative when running late. pretty much everything you could ask for in a lawyer. On the day of the trial, the opposing lawyer clearly was unprepared and made so many errors we thought Ms, Wascenke would be exhausted from all the objections needed. Objections on leading a witness, speculation, illegal questions etc Her defense was vigous and She did not let a single opportunity pass to make sure that nothing untoward occurred by the opposition. Her team also is throughly professional and effcient. We will certainly use her and her team again. Hopefully we will not need to ever again but if we do we will call them.

He realized the DA's office had made a procedural error that saved us $7k, while getting our car back that would have been sold at auction by the state. Ms. Wacenske did an excellent job of drawing up reciprocal wills for my wife and myself. She listened carefully to our wishes and made a number of very useful suggestions as to how the will should be drafted. She also was very helpful in making several changes that my wife later requested. Ms. Wacenske regularly apprised us of the status of the process and sent us three drafts for review. We did not have to actually visit the law office until the wills were ready to be signed; everything else was done by email and electronic documents. Ms. Wacenske and her staff took care of everything, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Ms. Wacenske to individuals or couples who wish to make wills.
