Martin & Jones is dedicated to the representation of plaintiffs in tort and insurance claims. The firm is comprised of seven attorneys litigating claims in state and federal courts. The firm has offices in Raleigh, Durham and Wilmington, North Carolina, but its practice is by no means limited to these areas. Firm lawyers have represented plaintiffs from more than thirty states in courts throughout North Carolina, Georgia, California, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Rhode Island, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin and other venues.
