Hired Attorney

Mark Sullivan charged me $5000 to represent me in a simple motion to modify child support order. He did not do much during the time prior to the court date and then wanted another $5000 10 days prior to the hearing in order to represent me during the 30 minute hearing. Needless to say, I found another attorney and lost the $5ooo.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
