Law Offices of Mark E. Sullivan, P.A. is a law firm established in 1978 with an office in Raleigh, NC. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing family law, property division, separation agreements and 14 other areas of law.
You can’t and will not ever find a better team other than Vanessa & Melissa. I am now in year 6 of non stop litigation in a high conflict case, the amount of stress this litigation has brought into my life is unmeasurable but truly would be unbearable with out this duo. I wouldn’t wish my situation on anyone but I couldn’t in 100 years find better advocates for myself or child. They’ve worked hard since minute one to combat and tactically approached my case well applying the law in ways other my prior legal representation has not (which has saved me money , time and energy) & produced the best outcomes, they’re responsive to calls/emails, very good at explaining everything to me and never once have left me questioning any part of my case or if they truly care about me & my sit. I feel like truly they deserve a billboard for the best legal team in Raleigh!
When I phoned to hire attorney as advisor, Sullivan stated that, 'You can't afford me, Colonel's write me checks for 20,000 for retainers". I was then pawned off on Tanner who did not use any of the tactics in the book Military Divorce Handbook. I went to Division of Property and it was 4pm End of Day- Tanner yelled at me, "None of this matters anyway, just sign it". Tanner was terrible. The paralegal knew more about my case than the attorney, & she went on vacation the day of hearing.
This guy may have written the book on military pension related insights & law, but there are far better & more realistically-priced subject matter experts out there to choose from! If U have $ to throw away...GO for it...and like me, U will forever regret it! Thought his military service would have further grounded him but he, like ever other scumbag lawyer, defaults to himself before his clients! Ole Mark is far to old & brittle to work for my Family; going forward I will choose wiser given this very-telling"experience!" Good luck!
Mark Sullivan charged me $5000 to represent me in a simple motion to modify child support order. He did not do much during the time prior to the court date and then wanted another $5000 10 days prior to the hearing in order to represent me during the 30 minute hearing. Needless to say, I found another attorney and lost the $5ooo.
